They also need a way to monitor state compliance regulations. This data can then be used to come up with focused improvement plans that aid in both customer acquisition and retention. It can also be used to help dispensary owners identify and correct possible compliance violations.
After High Standards provides a quality control evaluation through an initial assessment, the company will evaluate accordingly and offer customized critiques on service, product knowledge, product quality, shop and product aesthetics, and overall customer satisfaction. We also have the ability to blast custom surveys to existing customers, either using uploaded .CSV files and blasting directly through the High Standards app or by using a URL with the client's existing mail platform.
When the client logs into the portal, the landing page loads with a breakdown of the five assessment categories displaying the accumulated data over that particular shop; the categories are completely customizable.
The survey results can be displayed either averaged or progressively over time, and the quantifiable data of each survey can be looked at individually as well. All of the assessment questions also have viewing options for individual data and input.
Monthly service subscriptions for dispensaries start at $150 per month and include two 35-question assessments and two 10-question assessments. We also offer customized shop assessments; call or email for a quote.
