Founded in 2016, High Standards Colorado is a new industry player that strives to increase both customer acquisition and retention by providing dispensaries with quantifiable analytics and feedback. High Standards conducts shop assessments at dispensaries that are interested in improving customer service, testing quality of product from their distributors, or simply learning more about their day to day operations. Our goal is to not only improve customer service satisfaction by allowing insight into the everyday customer experience, but to also improve profit margins for dispensaries by increasing sales via increased customer satisfaction with both the product and the service. After High Standards provides a quality control evaluation through an initial assessment, the company will evaluate accordingly and offer customized critiques on service, product knowledge, product quality, shop and product aesthetics, and overall customer satisfaction. Co-founders Seth and Samantha Dean have 20 years combined experience in customer service management and have been active members of the cannabis community for 15+ years. Dedicated to bettering the industry as a whole, Seth and Samantha created High Standards in an effort to help deter pesky MED fines while retaining customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. The High Standards team is Responsible Vendor Certified, Levels I and II Interpener Certified, CannaBusiness Certified, and Colorado Safety, Compliance, and Regulations Certified.
